I am Tanya. I come from a modest background and learned early on to take responsibility and shape my own path. In 2012, I moved to Germany without support and rebuilt my professional and personal life from the ground up. These experiences shape my approach: clarity, structure, self‑efficacy, and the ability to remain stable under pressure.
I am a Psychological Counselor (Germany) and a trained Practical Psychologist (Russia) with a focus on psychosomatics. I work in a structured, clear, and resource‑oriented way. My focus is on stabilizing, strengthening, and supporting people in challenging life and work situations in their decision‑making.
I bring more than 17 years of experience as a C‑level Executive Assistant in international environments — including KPMG, Microsoft, DJI, and Alcon. In addition, I have three years of team leadership experience and several years of work as a language consultant. This combination of management experience, communication, and psychological training shapes my approach: analytical, structured, and solution‑oriented.
Since 2022, I have completed more than 400 hours of voluntary practical counseling. I participate regularly in supervision — a key component of professional psychological practice to ensure quality, reflection, and ongoing development. I also lead free intervision groups for colleagues. I have advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), am a Mental Health First Aider, and work in three languages: Russian, German, and English.
